One year and one day after the opening of the exhibition “Tiger Blood” at Galeria Foksal, we invite you to an event devoted to a publication edited by Dorota Sosnowska and Martyna Stołpiec, created several months after the exhibition had closed. This temporal distance was not merely a pause following an intense creative process, but above all an invitation to reflect: on what took place during the exhibition, on the conversations and gestures it opened space for, and on the traces it left in us and in those who co-created or visited it. The exhibition was a point of departure – this publication, and the meeting itself, are attempts to further develop its threads and to rearrange them in the light of experiences and reflections that have gradually come to the surface.
The meeting will take place at the QueerMuzeum on March 22 at 4:30 pm. It will be an event featuring the creators of the exhibition and the publication, during which all attendees will receive a copy of the book. It will be a moment of reflection and summary, but also an opening toward further conversations: about visibility, solidarity, and the creation of new narratives around HIV that grow out of real needs and relationships.
